Included in the room rate, we serve a traditional Moroccan breakfast of freshly squeezed orange juice, tea or coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, home-made breads, pancakes and cakes, with a selection of jams and honey.

Available every day, on request, we have two menus to choose from, priced from 230 dirhams.

We offer a wide variety of traditional Moroccan dishes, including tagine, couscous, briouat and pastilla.
All dietary preferences and requests can be catered for.
We can also provide lighter options e.g. omelettes, sandwiches and salads.
Cookery lessons
After selecting your menu, Said or Mohamed will take you shopping in the local market, where all our food is bought fresh every day. Our cooks will then guide you step by step through the preparation of your chosen dishes. Finally, you will be served your dinner in the beautiful candle-lit courtyard.
